Notifications
Ma-ko lets you know when something needs your attention — and every alert lands on the Notifications screen, with its unread dot and its link.
What it tells you
Section titled “What it tells you”The most common alerts: reminders coming due (and the daily digest), “Follow-up suggestion”, “Stalled conversation”, “Opportunity lost”, “WhatsApp token expiring”, and billing ones (“Payment failed”, “Trial ending”). If you work with service-level agreements, you’ll also get “SLA breached”; and if you have automation rules that notify, “Automation rule” with the message you set. Each alert carries Open the conversation when it applies: one click and you’re where action is needed.
Managing them
Section titled “Managing them”- The dot marks the unread; Read clears them one by one and Mark all read clears the list.
- They arrive in real time: no reloading needed.
Alerts even when you’re not looking
Section titled “Alerts even when you’re not looking”Turn on Browser notifications (the switch at the top) and the system alerts you even with the tab in the background. If the browser blocks them, the screen tells you so you can allow them from the address-bar padlock.
