My profile

My profile is your personal setup: how your teammates and customers see you, how you protect your access, and the details that sign your emails. Open it from your name, top right.

Your photo and your name

With Change photo you upload your image (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB) and with Remove you go back to your initials. You can edit your Name; your Email is the one you sign in with.

The details that sign your emails

In Contact details you fill in your Job title and your Phone. They’re not for show: your phone and job title complete the business email signature when you send an email from the inbox, so your messages go out with your name and your role.

Protect your access with two steps

Two-step authentication adds a temporary code from your phone on top of your password, so no one gets into your account with just the password. Enable turns it on and Disable turns it off; the section shows whether it’s Enabled or Not enabled.

Turn it on even if it's not required

Even if the business doesn’t require it, enabling the second step is the simplest way to keep your customer inbox from being one careless password away.

Your connection log

Connection (last 24 hours) shows your own recent activity — when you were online. It’s your personal presence log.
