Label conversations

“Order”, “Urgent”, “Frequent customer” — the right label makes any conversation findable in two clicks.

Before you start

You need

• To be able to act on the conversation (its assigned agent, their team lead, or an admin).
• Labels created in the business (that’s a Settings job: Create a label).

Steps

1. Open the conversation. The thread’s label bar sits under the header.

2. Add with ”+ Label”. Pick from the business list; the chip appears instantly with its color, and the change is recorded in the thread.

3. Remove with one click. Click the chip to take it off (the tooltip reminds you).

Labeling is filtering

Every label is also a folder in the left column, with its counter. Label with intent and your Inbox organizes itself.

Note

The conversation is classified for the whole team — and instantly shows up in its label’s folder.
