Work your leads

A lead is a prospect you don’t yet know will buy. Leads is the inbox where you work them: you qualify them, log every action, and when they’re ready, convert them into a pipeline opportunity. They arrive from your forms, from Meta, from chat, or you load them yourself.

The views stop you where it matters: All, Mine, Unworked (the ones nobody touched) and Qualified. You can also filter by status — New, Working, Qualified, Converted, Discarded — and by source — Manual, Import, Chat, Meta Lead Ads, Landing. In the table, the next reminder turns red once it’s overdue.

In the lead’s profile, Log records what happened: you pick the Type and Subtype of the action, its Outcome and a Note. With Schedule next task and its Commitment date you leave the next step ready so you don’t lose the thread. The rail on the right shows its Status, its Lead scoreCold, Warm or Hot — and, if it has an active follow-up, which step it’s on (for example, “Step 2 of 5”), with the option to Stop follow-up.

Once you know whether it’s worth it, Qualify marks it good to move forward; Discard closes it, asking for a reason from the catalog and a comment, so it’s clear why it didn’t continue. A discarded lead can be Reopened later.

When the prospect is ready to negotiate, Convert opens Convert to opportunity. You choose the Contact (an existing one or New contact), the Pipeline and the Initial stage — you can leave Automatic (first stage) — and an Estimated amount with its Currency. On confirm, the prospect becomes a live opportunity in your pipeline.

Coming from a trade show or a spreadsheet? Import opens Import leads: you upload the CSV, decide whether to assign them to yourself (Assign them to me) or leave them to distribute (Leave unassigned (distribute later)), review the preview and confirm. At the end you see how many were created, how many already existed and how many were skipped.
