Use the pipeline

The Pipeline is the board where your deals in motion live. Each card is an opportunity; each column, a stage. You move it with the mouse as it advances, and the board tells you at a glance how much you have open and how you’re closing. Opportunities land on the board when you convert a lead or from a conversation — they’re not created loose here.

The loss reasons in “Why was it lost?” come with seven preloaded, and you tailor them to your business → Set up your loss reasons.

Up top, the header sums up the moment: Open pipeline (what’s live), Won · 30 days, Lost · 30 days and the Close rate · 30 days. With the Select pipeline selector you switch pipelines if you have several, and the Team and Agent filters narrow to yours. Each column totals by currency, so colones and dollars don’t get mixed.

Drag a card from one column to the next and the opportunity changes stage when you drop it. For the rest, the card has its actions: Conversation opens its chat, Quote its offer, Pipeline moves it to another pipeline, and Edit opens its detail with two tabs — Forecast (its Estimated value and its Close probability (%)) and Activity.

As you drag a card, the two close zones appear with the message Drop to close:

  • Won — you close the sale.
  • Lost — it asks for the reason in Why was it lost?, from the list you set up for your business (it comes preloaded with Price, Went with a competitor, Stopped responding…). Recording the why is what later tells you where your deals fall through.

Closed one by mistake? The Reopen button brings it back to the board.

Each card has a traffic light — green, amber or red — based on how long since there’s been contact or how long it’s been parked in the stage. A note like “5d no contact” tells you which opportunity needs a call today, before it goes cold.
