Create an automation rule

A rule connects a trigger (“this happened”) with actions (“do this”). You define it once; the app runs it every time.

  1. Open Settings → Automations. Choose New rule and name it.

  2. Pick the Entity and the Trigger. For example: Lead created, Opportunity created, Stage changed, Contact created or Deal went stale.

  3. Refine with conditions (optional). Add conditions so the rule only applies when it should (by source, by stage, by value…).

  4. Define the action. What the app does when it fires — the options depend on the chosen entity. For opportunities and contacts: Create task, Notify, Assign owner, Tag contact or Send a WhatsApp template to the customer (and for opportunities, Move stage). For leads: Notify, Assign owner, Tag contact or Qualify lead.

  5. Confirm with “Create rule”. The rule is born Active and starts firing right away; you can pause it anytime (it becomes Inactive).
