Invite an agent to your team

Everyone on your team gets their own account: no shared phones, no shared passwords.

Before you start

You need

• To be the business owner or an admin.
• The name and email of the person you’re inviting.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Agents. It’s in the People group of Settings.

2. Choose ”+ New agent”. Fill in the Full name and Email, and pick their role: Agent or Administrator.

3. Press “Save changes”. The person receives an email with a temporary password: on first sign-in they activate their account, set their own password, and join your team.

While they haven't joined

The invitee shows as Pending in the list; if the email got lost, use Resend invitation. And if your business requires two-step verification, they’ll set it up on their first sign-in.

Result

Note

Your teammate now works from the shared Inbox, with their name on every reply and their own access.
