Add a product

With your Catalog loaded, you quote in seconds: pick the product and the price is already in place.

Before you start

You need

• The name and price of what you sell.

Steps

1. Open Catalog. It’s in the Catalog group of the menu. Choose New product.

2. Fill in the essentials. The Name, the Unit price and the Currency. If useful, add the internal code (SKU), unit of measure, category and an image.

3. Track stock? Enable Tracks inventory (stock) and set the quantity; the product deducts as you sell.

4. Press “Save”. It’s Active and available for quoting.

Different prices per customer?

Create Price lists (same menu group) and, when editing the product, set a per-list price under List prices. With no custom price, the base price applies.

Result

Note

The product lives in your Catalog: when quoting you search it by name and it comes in with its price, tax and description.
