Connect your WhatsApp number

Link your WhatsApp Business line to Converza so your team can receive and reply to messages from the shared Inbox.

Before you start

You’ll need

• To be an admin of the business in Converza.
• A number on WhatsApp Business (not in use on the regular WhatsApp app).
• Access to your Meta Business account.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Channels. In the menu, go to Settings and choose the Channels tab.

2. Press “Connect” on the WhatsApp card. The Meta-guided connection wizard opens.

3. Sign in with Meta Business. Authorize Converza with the account that owns your number and accept the messaging permissions.

4. Select and verify your number. Confirm the code Meta sends via SMS or call.

5. Send a test message. From another phone, message your number: it should land in your Inbox within seconds.

One number per channel

If your team uses several lines, connect each as its own channel — every conversation keeps its origin.

Note

Your WhatsApp is connected and incoming messages arrive in the shared Inbox, ready to assign and answer as a team.
