Invite an agent to your team

Invite an agent by email and add them to your team to help out from the shared Inbox.

Before you start

You’ll need

• To be an administrator.
• The email of the person you want to invite.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Team. There you’ll see every agent in your business.

2. Press “New agent”. Enter the person’s email and choose a role: agent or administrator.

3. Send the invitation. The person gets an email to create their account and join your team.

Agent = person

Agents are your human team; the Assistant is the AI. They’re different things.

Result

Note

Your teammate joins the shared Inbox with the role you assigned them.
