Create a segment

Build a group of contacts by criteria to target your campaigns and messages.

Before you start

You’ll need

• Contacts in your CRM.

Steps

1. Go to Segments and press “New segment”. There you’ll see every segment in your business.

2. Give it a name and define the criteria. For example, contacts with a certain tag or from a certain city.

3. Save. The segment becomes available to your team.

Dynamic groups

A segment updates on its own: when a contact meets the criteria, they join the group automatically.

Note

You have a group of contacts ready for campaigns or targeted messages.
