Turn on the AI assistant

Turn on the Assistant so it replies first, suggests answers, or works in shadow mode while your team supervises.

Before you start

You’ll need

• To be an admin of the business in Converza.
• At least one connected channel.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Business. In the menu, open Settings, choose Business, and find the AI assistant section.

2. Enable the AI. Flip the Assistant switch to turn it on for your business.

3. Choose a mode. Start with Shadow (observes only), then move to Suggest, and finally Reply.

4. Set the limits. Configure the hours, the allowed topics, and when the Assistant should hand the conversation to a human agent.

This way you see what the AI would answer with no risk, before letting it reply on its own.

Note

The Assistant is active in the mode you chose, and your team keeps control at all times.
