Create a quick-reply template

Save your frequent messages as templates and reply instantly by typing “/” in any conversation.

Before you start

You’ll need

• Access to the Settings section.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Templates. In the menu, open Settings and choose the Templates section.

2. Press “New template”. Type a shortcut so you can recognize it quickly, and the message content you want to reuse.

3. Save. The template becomes available for your whole team.

4. Use it in the chat. In any conversation, type “/” and pick the template to insert it into your reply.
